1. Return Eligibility Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Only items purchased directly through the Seybuy platform are eligible. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Perishable goods, digital products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return To initiate a return, contact the seller directly through your Seybuy account within the 30-day window. Navigate to My Orders, select the relevant order, and submit a return request with a clear description and photographs of the item. The seller will review your request within 3 business days.

3. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or not as described. Where the seller is at fault, return shipping will be reimbursed upon confirmation. Items must be returned using a tracked shipping method. Seybuy is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing Once the returned item has been received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or to your Seybuy wallet at your preference. Seybuy transaction fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing description, you must report this within 7 days of delivery. Seybuy will mediate the dispute and, where appropriate, arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the buyer.

6. Seller Obligations Sellers are required to respond to return requests promptly and in good faith. Sellers who repeatedly refuse legitimate returns or fail to respond within the required timeframe may have their selling privileges suspended. Seybuy reserves the right to issue refunds on behalf of unresponsive sellers and recover the amount from the seller's account.
